Directions:
Prepare 200ml warm water (temperature 40-50 °C), mix one sachet to the water, stir well and ready to serve;
Use up to 3 sachets per day, before consuming starch-rich or high-fat foods for best result;
Warnings:
Only recommended for people over 14 years of age.
