Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) is extracted from the seeds of Evening Primrose flowers. EPO is rich in the omega-6 essential fatty acids, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an essential fatty acid that has been used to treat almost everything, including female reproductive tissues, blood channels, the respiratory passages, and the nervous system. In fact, generations have been using primrose oil for centuries for its beauty and health benefits. However, as human body cannot produce synthesize Linoleic Acid and it is therefore important that they should be obtained through diet or supplementation.
